Christopher Newport University has felt like home ever since I set foot on the campus. The buildings are welcoming and the great lawn is my favorite place to study alongside my classmates and friends. I have never had an issue with a class that couldn't be solved with a friendly talk with a professor or my advisor. My classes are interesting and my professors do a great job at keeping the attention of the class. I couldn't think of a better school.

Julianna - 03/06/2023

Christopher Newport University is a great school. There are extremely small class sizes, making it easy to receive individualized help from professors, particularly in upper-level classes. The largest lecture class that I had while attending Christopher Newport was organic chemistry, and it was a class of approximately 75 students. The campus is absolutely beautiful and well-kept, and the dorms are above average as well. The staff at Christopher Newport are all extremely friendly and willing to help. There are many extracurricular activities and ways to get involved. Greek Life is pretty big on campus, but there are tons of other ways to get involved if fraternities and sororities aren't your thing. Overall, attending Christopher Newport University was a great experience!
