It is well balanced politicly

CMC is not for everyone, but students and alumni are extremely passionate about the school. Alumni are extremely influential in keeping the open alcohol policy and traditions like Madrigal and Monte Carlo around. If you come to CMC, a must do before you graduate is attending a singing policy at Professor Elliot's house.

CMC is basically the most amazing school ever. I have never regretted my choice for a moment.

CMC is the best school in the country.

There is no school that combines fun/social life/alcohol and serious academics like CMC. Academics are ivy league level, but the fun is pretty much unrestricted. The rules are as follows: 1. Do not rape/sexually harass anyone. 2. Do not plagiarize/cheat on exams Pretty much anything else goes. Break those two rules and you will be expelled pretty quick. The best way to get a feel for CMC is go visit the campus and spend the night. Ask students questions. Your best bet is to go on a Thursday. You can sit in classes during the day and Thursday night parties are some of the best.

Great academics, social scene distorted by size which can be remedied if you try hard enough, people are bright and social if a little homogenous, location = suck time.

If anyone is considering attending CMC, i recommend they come for a weekend overnight! You won't understand CMC until you've visited. "You think you know, but you have no idea"
