The most frustrating thing about Clarion is that i feel sometimes that the staff are not doing what there suppose to do.
I live out of state ( this be a campus does not empty out on weekends) but I feel that the people in the postions of the offices are not equiped to deal with the complaints of students, on two occasions I approached someone in the office only to be treated not as an adult but as a nuisence and I had to resort to getting my parents involved or my coach to get someone to take me seriously.
Registering for classes. The degree audits are hard to follow without an advisor being with you.
I believe the most frustrating thing about my school is the current construstion happening throughout the campus. Yes, its benefiting the school by expanding though trying to learn with construction noises outside the classroom is difficult and annoying to the students and proffessors.
There is a lot of snow during the spring semester.
Like many universities, the bueracracy is frustrating to the students because we have not yet figured out how to "get our foot in the door". The broken promises of financial assistance, for instance to study abroad, are deceiving to students who depend on that aid to make their trip possible. The campus is similar to a monopoly, and student organizations find it difficult to make head way when faced with the expensive rates of on-campus printing, catering and administrative involvement.
