Cleveland State is the home of an NBA champion. Norris Cole attended Cleveland State from 2007-2011 and with such a small Division 1 school he helped out tremendously with recruiting for our basketball team.

CSU has a diverse repertoire of financial, social, academic and counseling resources to assist students with their most pertinent issues. This range of backing grants students multiple support systems that promote success. The campus includes a Health and Wellness Center for counseling, multiple support groups, a variety of social, service and academic organizations, and opportunities for civic engagement are limitless. The average CSU student is aware of most of these groups, although many do not take advantage of them. There is a place for all types of people at Cleveland State, which fosters a diverse learning atmosphere.

The best thing about Cleveland State University is how accepting everyone is here. Most people here are not judgemental when it comes to diversity. I think that is a rarity in its own and it should not be ignored!

The best thing about the school is the amount of time and money they have put into the IT and the faculty. They, without a doubt, make the school what it is. I feel like they went out of their way to make sure they were set up in a way that fostered education and learning.

The best thing about Cleveland State is the attitude that team work and communication between students is more important than individual accomplishment. Students are encouraged to work together to solve complex problems and brainstorm new ideas. This approach not only helps students understand the importance of teamwork, but also helps build strong communication skills which are essential in today's work place.

The best thing about my school is that they focus more on education than sports. They do not have a football team however there are sport teams at Cleveland State.

The vast variety of classes. There are so many didferent kinds of classes and fields to study, it is hard to just pick one. I have taken classes that have nothing to do with my major and I do not regret it because I learned so many new things and had fun while i did it.

The best thing about Cleveland State is it's professors and courses offered. I have only disliked one out of the twelve classes and teachers. The professors are friendly and are always available to help. They are on your side. My favorite class had to be my Roots of Rock and Soul music class. The teacher was so down to earth and made the class so much fun to learn. I learned so much about our musical history. It was awesome.

As a freshmen, of Cleveland State University, the best thing I consider about my school other than the academic programs, is the Student Center. The Student Center is the best thing about my school because it is a great place to study, eat and has an easy way of accessing the building through interlinks from the other buildings during the winter.

The best thing i consider about my school is the fact that there is a lot of help offered. Tutoring centers and Supplemental Instruction to help us outsode the class. Without this many students would find it hard to make it through college. My first semester in college was not going well until i considered those options and my grades increased.

I really like my professors. They make class interesting and fun. My professors actaully make me look forward to the next class session.

The best thing about this school is the atmosphere makes it feel like your are at home and you get used to the area fast. Also the people are kind and caring that are will to help you no matter what. The facility is always clean and all the workers no matter the field of work are willing to help you. Most of the teachers know the subjects in side and out which is very helpfull.

The best thing about my school is the convience. I can take day or evening classes, allowing me to work and handle other business.

The best thing about Euclid High School is that the teachers are polite and its obvious that they enjoy their profession.

The best thing about my school is all the construction that is going on. There are so many ned buildings and apartments going up. Our campus will be amazing when everything is complete!

I do really enjoy the cultural diversity classes and events here. It allows for me to meet people from around the world and obtain a small experience of their culture, and learn about their country for free. At the same time, the school offers cultural diversity calsses to further enhance my knowledge in a culture. In addition, Cleveland State University also offers diversity events, like what I had currently experienced. In the last event, I had the chance to try ethnic dishes, learn about the countries, see items they have there and see a dance for free.

The best thing at CSU is the way the campus is set up. There is a inner link to all the buildings, so if there is bad weather u dont need to go outside and if your a girl you can get to where your going at night by staying inside.

Diversity of the students and the professors along with the multiple opportunities to study abroad. As an international business major from a small town, experiencing different cultures is essential. My town is mainly caucasian baptists and catholic. Being in downtown Cleveland in a diverse area introduced me to differing cultural perspectives.

The best thiing about Cleveland State University has to be it's location. There's always something to do downtown. If you like sports, you have the Cavaliers, Indians, Browns, and the Lake Erie Monsters. If you like going to concerts or seeing plays, you have the House of Blues and Playhouse Square. There's never a boring day.

Diversity, we have a very rich ethnic variety.

CLOSE TO THE BUSINESS DISTRICT WHICH IS GOOD FOR INTERNSHIPS IN BUSINESS. MANY NATIONAL BANKS ARE DOWNTWON SUCH AS KEY BANK, CHARTER ONE, NATIONAL CITY, US BANK, FIFTH THIRD, ETC. IT IS ALSO CLOSE TO TOWER CITY WHERE PEOPLE GO TO SHOP. THE TROLLEY SYSTEM IS GOOD SINCE IT TAKES PEOPLE FREE OF CHARGE ALL AROUND DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND .

The people. I have met some life long friends and know they will be there for me at all times. Cleveland State is very diverse and it broadens my mind to the rest of the world.

That everything is so close to school. The school it self is a nice size, so you don't have to walk a couple mile to class. I love playing sports and they have alot of varsity teams and rec center to do what ever in.

The fact that it is quite obvious to an observer that most of the students here are all working hard to achieve their goals. Many of us have it hard financially trying to juggle work and class load. For me it would be harder to be at a school where most of the students were economically privileged. I can appreciate the diversity the University has here. I am half Filipino and half German, so it is a more comfortable environent for me which enables me to learn efficiently.
