Colby-Sawyer College Top Questions

Well actually I did not consider any other schools besides Colby-Sawyer. As soon as I met my admissions cousnelor at a college fair, I knew this was the school for me. This school is very personal and I am not known as a number, I am known by my full name from everyone on campus. The small campus allows for students to get to know each other and be comfortable with each other, along with faculty and staff getting to know you on a personal level as well.

Since my college only had 1000 students during my college search, it was by far the smallest I had toured. It also had the greatest percentage of students living on-campus. It is these unique traits that bring a stong sense of community to Colby-Sawyer. Students see the same people every day, most who they live in the same general area as; it makes for a 'homey,' comfortable atmostphere. This is one of the aspects of the school that helped me to adjust to college life throughout the beginning of my first year.

this school was small, and that made it unique to the other shcools i applied to because, its small enough to make some really good friends, and knwo alot of people, but its big enough that there are some people you dont know. its also unique because havign a small campus allows us to get everywhere in the space of 5 minutes or less, i really like this school.
