To put it simply, the dating scene is most definitely what you make it. If you're looking for something you can most likely find it. However, there is no huge pressure to be in a relationship. Yes there is the always present push for the bennie to find "her johnnie". Basically if you want a relationship you won't be the only one. The saying there is someone for everyone applies here. I don't even mean someone to settle down with, I just mean there is more likely than not someone who is in the same place you're at dating wise whether that is casual, looking for something serious, or not looking at all.
