The state also runs a program that allows students to fill out one application for all scholarships and grants offered by the state of Arkansas. This program is YOUniversal. Two of those awards are the Higher Education Opportunities Grant and the Academic Challenge Scholarship. The Higher Education Opportunities grant is awarded to residents of Arkansas pursing a degree in state. The Academic Challenge Scholarship is largely funded by the Arkansas Lottery.
