What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Sara

My financial aid situation. My family makes a lot of money on paper, while in real life they are not giving me any money for college. So it makes my financial situation more difficult.

Aleta

CCU is based out of Lakewood, but there is a small campus in Grand Junction, CO that I attend. The most frustrating thing about it is there aren't as many resources available here in Grand Junction because it is such a small campus. However, the counselors are EXTREMELY helpful with anything that the students need, and they are always there to help.

James

CCU is very right wing biased and unaccepting of liberals like myself.

Victoria

People focus so much on "Community" that often education is not valued as it should be.

Rachel

The internet doesnt work well, there's not enough parking, academic advisors can be confusing.

Amy

What is frustrating about my college is getting all the classes figured out. Because it is smaller, some courses are only available at one time during the semester. It can be frustrating to have to base one's entire schedule on ONE class. However, they are working this out!

Chad

The lack of useful facilities for students to use and the Residence Life Center is awful.

Angela

So far it has been hard coming up with enout funding to help pay for my schooling.

Rachel

The most frustrating aspect about going to my school is that despite my desire to go there and my hard work to pay for it, I am still coming up short, monetarily. My academic scholarship is worth real money, but is not near enough to keep me where I believe I belong--Colorado Christian University. If I retain additional employment to support myself, I risk the repute of my academic success and my involvement in school and the community. I absolutely love Colorado Christian University, its location, my classes, and the opportunities presented there.

Katina

The most frustrating thing about Colorado Christian University was also the thing that made it special. The campus was very small which limited the organizations and activites that were provided. There was no real workout facility. The library was small and while they had most of the books and materials that you needed for your studies it was not an area that you would want to spend many hours in. I love university's with librarys that you can get lost in. The size of CCU was frustrating.

Brienne

The most frustrating thing about my school is how expensive it is to go here.

SarahHurtado

Shaylee

The amount of money is hard. Debt is never fun.

Rachel

The financial offices often get my numbers mixed up; I can't even remember how many times I've had to go to their office and figure out my scholarships and financial aid.

Julie

There has been some faculty/staff changes over the past couple years that has caused some internal tention for everyone on campus. Change can be hard for students and that is probably the most frustrating thing about CCU right now.

Maria

Not much. Sometimes the hypocritical people, but there are not very many.
