Colorado State University Online Program has impressed me! They are fully prepared for distance learning, and do a phenomenal job making it interactive even though you aren't on campus. The Instructional Coordinators are always available and you have the option to watch class live, or space it out over the week. The Academic Advisors always answer questions promptly and the Career Management Center has great and frequent communication. I highly recommend CSU for an Online MBA.

What is your overall opinion of this school?

When senior year came around the corner I knew the time for University hunting was upon me and with this, I had plenty of ideas about where I'd want to go the following year. Colorado State University was not my first pick, nor was it one of the first schools that I thought about applying to. I was dead set on leaving Colorado all together and finding myself on the East coast and maybe a few spots on the west coast. Sometimes, the ideas you concoct in your head don't always meet fruition right away because of roadblocks, and for me the roadblocks were expenses. Long story short I chose Colorado State University. Now, time for the brutal honesty, Colorado State University in Fort Collins is an amazing school but for all the aspects that aren't necessarily appealing to me. AN example of this appeal would be their widely successful agricultural and environment based programs. This school is diverse but is also heavily reliant on the legacy of being successful in areas that don't fit me. The major I chose, computer engineering, was a good investment move more than a passion based one and I catch a lot of ridicule over it, but the money going into college need to pay off, as a good investment would. The school's foundation runs deeply into the community, social life, and area surrounding the school. Everyone is very nice here, other than the person peeking into showers, the person who crafted a paper mache nusse, the shooter who took multiple lives, muggers, and whoever caused bomb threats in the library, all occurring since the start of my Freshman year and I'm not even one semester through yet. This type of chaos wasn't anything that I wouldn't expect if I had attended a school in Long Island, but at Colorado State University these things are very much so out of the norm, and in that sense seem more threatening than typical actions of chaos that occur in cities. The housing is nice and the meals are good, but of course, they don't compare to my mom's cooking and lively home.Truly no complaints in regards to meals, they are pretty good, but the housing situation is a different story. The first couple of weeks in Edwards Hall at CSU my roommate and I discovered a cohabitor that we named Mickey because it was a mouse, followed by multiple encounters with spiders and centipedes. I have to appreciate the dorms for what they are though, a place that I can call my own for the time being. I feel a heavy presence of Caucasians people which, even though most of my life has been like this, is overwhelming. At times I feel like I am an outcast because my view perspectives and general being is so different from people around me, but I am discovering the more diverse people and groups on campus through easy to access help centers. Parties are more exclusive here compared to universities close to CSU, because any kid who is posted at the door of a frat can harass people entering based on their own moral and beliefs, and because of this unless you are white, own Dockers or Sperrys, are rich or famous, a token ethnic friend, have some replication or misappropriation of another culture that makes you seem hip, and of course female, if none of these apply to your person then all I can say is good look entering any type of frat house. House parties are less restricted, but still, you see the same pattern of confinements used for whatever reason. I feel like I need to submerge myself deeper into this college before I pass it off, but for the time being, I would give this school a six out of ten.

CSU is a great place to go to school! The faculty genuinely care about the students, plenty of resources if you ever need any kind of help, and staff are always available. We love our state and have deep connections or individual colleges. Proud to be a CSU Ram!

The staff and student body are really welcoming, and there are always activities planned on campus that students are encouraged to participate in. I also really like the number of clubs that are available for students to join. There is a lot of awareness of sexual violence among staff and certain clubs, but the majority of the student body doesn't seem to take the issue seriously.

What is your overall opinion of this school?

There is a focus on academics and creating a welcoming and safe community. Recently, it seems that focus has shifted somewhat to focusing on sports (a new stadium was just built on campus). Additionally, new buildings are constantly going up instead of fixing buildings we already have. Still, especially for the Apparel and Merchandising program, the academics and teachers are great.

I love Fort Collins, I love the Campus, and i love how pretty everything is. there's so many trees so when the leaves change colors it's so pretty. Sports wise i think we cam be more supportive of the girls Volleyball team. I personally don't think it's fair that they are so good and no students rarely ever go to watch them. everyone is really friendly, and it's really easy to make friends.

What is your overall opinion of this school?

I love Colorado State. Fort Collins is, in my opinion, one of the best cities in the country to be a college student in. CSU has great facilities and classrooms, and is currently working to upgrade almost every aspect of campus. There are always improvements happening. I feel safe and at home on campus. There are so many things to get involved in, and just a really good vibe on campus, which I realize is ambiguous, but it's important and most students would agree with me. It feels good to be here, and I genuinely really love my experience.

What is your overall opinion of this school?

It's a great school with a great integration system. I like how I meet a lot of people from a lot of countries who have just come here to learn. I feel safe because CSUPD is there to help if we ever have questions or need assistance, we have so many tuition sessions to help us pass and I really like making use of the writing center because am never perfect in my writing skills. Overall, I feel like CSU is my home away from my real home because the students, faculty and stuff make it seem like It's a home to me. I LOVE CSU.
