I say that I am proud to be a CSU Ram! Were not the best at most sports but definitly do take pride in who we are and what this college stands for. Always enjoy competition too.

We won a bowl game, we have a bar on campus, and the hiking/climbing around is way better than at CU!

How nice the professors are and how much I like campus.

When I tell my friends about my school I brag the most about what the people are like here. Everyone is very nice and is open to meeting new people. Colorado State University is a very accepting, welcoming atmosphere.

I generally tell my friends about the great outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, rock climbing, and camping that are available nearby. My school's strong community involvment and concern with environmental responsibility are also features that i like to emphasize.

There are so many opportunities to experience my chosen field of study. The faculty work with me to get the classes I need and the classes I want, which aren't always available to me. The opportunity for internships, paying and non-paying are available from day one of the freshman year. If you want to experience your career choice, this university can make it happen.

I brag most about my location and about the school spirit. From the first moment I walked on campus I felt like I belonged here and no where else. People here are very friendly and it makes it feel like home and very safe.

There are also many different levels of partying; if you like raves there are raves, if you like keggers there are keggers, if you like sipping wine and watching "film noir" you go right ahead. Everyone is outdoorsy, its so easy to find someone to hike or camp with even if you are completely clueless! People are nicer in Colorado!
