Through the core curriculum we have at this school and through the liberal arts studies, the goal of the school is to help students achieve a more wise perspective on life. Through service and duty to the community, Concordia helps students become more honorable and cultivated. Through the many different aspect of this schools system, students are brought closer to being more "Wise, honorable and cultivated citizens".

Concordia is best known for having core values centered around the Lutheran church. The professors at Concordia all share similar values and truly are great people. In addition, Concordia is also known for being a smaller school. As I mentioned before, this results in smaller class sizes, which is a huge advantage for students.
The school is best known for being a Christian university that doesn't force students to go to chapel a certain amount of times a week. And it is one of the few Christian universities that doesn't require Christianity to be the religion of all its students.
