A lot of my classmates are local, but surprisingly there are many from out of state which I was not expecting. The students on Concordia's campus are very diverse in race, religion, personality, financial background and upbringing. I felt like not everyone I met was just like me and I was able to learn a lot through the various types of people. Everyone is definitely able to find a group specific to them.
