This college offered me a scholarship and the admittance into a very competative Scholars Program where I could take seminars exclusive for the scholarship group. This college is also close to home which is what I prefered.
I didn't consider any other schools.
The location is convenient to my place of employment.
Lehman college gad the best art department, though it didn't have my immediate major; my secondary focus was good enough.
Many schools within the CUNY system resemble isolated buldings in any city but my school Lehman College is actually a campus within a busy city. Lehman College is a community of students.
