CUNY Queens College Top Questions

One word: Cunyfirst. It's the online student center where students can search, enroll, or drop courses. They can also see their bills due to the bursar and view semester grades and unofficial transcripts. Sounds nice, but it's not known to be a particularly stable or easy-to-use system. Guaranteed, it's the thing about Queens College that students complain about all the time.

The complaint that I hear the most around campus is the financial aid and bursars office. The lines are always ridiculously long and you can never get through to them by phone. This is very frustrating for many students because they rely on their loans and financial aid to go to school and/or live in the dorms. I have had many problems with these offices as well and would consider them the worst part about Queens College.

I'm not sure what most students complain about... Everyone is going to have something that bothers them and that they want to complain about. But the thing I complain about most is that it often takes a long time for professors to upload their grades for the students. This really bothers me because after taking an exam, we want to know how we did. That is what bothers me most.
