I liked the face the culturally i caters to alot of people from different cultural backgrounds. I also liked the fact that the school is very helpful when it comes to my needs like financial aid or tutoring, because sometime you need that extra help when needed. The teachers are very dedicated as well as helpful to their students. The area of the school is good as well, because is very accessible to people.

What's unique about CUNY York is the ease of access. I live in the community, work in the community and the company I work for partners with CUNY for the furthue development of the Downtown Jamaica community. This involvement in the community, in my opinion gives this college a greater advantage of catering to the needs of the persons living in the community, and can only enhance the college's efforts at being a 'good neighbor'.
