Daemen is located in a smalltown and is also the smallest school that I applied to. It?s run by people that know what they want and if they want you they will see that you want them too. They offer a lot of financial aid. They also have special requirements. For graduation you have to complete classes within these seven competencies that are used as a way for students to be able to expand their education and take classes outside their major to help them become well rounded and freshmen year you have to take two learning communities.
This school has the shittiest food.
small atmosphere, good, available professors, warm environment, hands on
It is small and the teachers are friendly.
I am an art student and there for that have stronger studios and many of them. We are a liberal arts school and we take many classes that may not pertain to our actual major, which gets us as students to think outside the box and explore other career options. If a student wants professors (instead of grad. or ta's teaching you class) that are well educated and that care about you individually, friendly people, academic based, job opportunity on campus, and plenty more, then Daemen is the school for you.
It is smaller than other schools, had the best (highest quality) degree program I was looking for., it is in a great neighborhood, and I was offered more financial aid.
Daemen College is a small school, with the right stuff for me. The school is well known for its medical programs, which is exactly what i am looking for. The school offers many diverse oppertunities for activities.
