The most frustrating thing about my school is the size of the town it is located in. I came from a decently sized town in SD, and the transition to a slighty smaller town has been difficult. There isn't quite as many things to do. In addition stores close fairly early as compared to a typical college student's daily habits.

Chaz

Not very many social people attend here.

Donna

The most frusterating thing about my school is how dead the campus can be on the weekends. There is a vicious cycle going because the school doesn't schedule events on the weekends because everyone leaves, but everyone leaves because there is nothing to do... it's kind of like that.

Brock

Paperwork and the admissions office. They are just a pain to go through and I usually end up spending hours each semester trying to fix issues we have ran into with my admission or upcoming semester.

Jessica

The most frustrating thing about my school and college in general is the financial aid. It is difficult to have to purchase your books and supplies before the semester begins but then not receive your financial aid until the day class begins . To students getting ready to enter college plan on being ready to purchase your books before you get your financial aid check. That may mean having close to $600.00 to $1000.00 ready for the purchase of books and supplies depending on the classes you are registered to.

The most frustrating thing about the school is the cost of eating on campus. You pay too much for less than stellar food. However, you are not required to have a meal plan outside of your freshman year.

Technology can be frustrating. Be patient. There will be times when your computer does work, or the professor doesn't know how to work the projector but you will get through it. It makes for a few long days sometimes but overall you will enjoy it!

Jenna

There are some professors that are not as friendly as others. They do not always encourage their office hours or make you feel welcome to stop by anytime with questions. There are also professors who do not do a very timely job on getting feedback to students on their coursework. It is hard to work hard for that if you know that you may not receive a grade back for awhile.
