The school is small, which I loved because average class size ranged from 30 students MAX to as small as 6 students. In some classes, such as self-instructional languages, I was the only student. It was really great to have the full support and attention of teachers, and required you to attend classes and be prepared to participate. I also loved the environement - the school is in a small town (though nearby have all ammenities you may need and 30 minutes from CHarlotte) so families are warm and welcoming, their are festivals, and a private lake campus.
It is the small class-size and the ability to interact with the professors.
The honor code and the acadmics.
The spirit. At the end of the day we're all Davidson Students and the honor code really means soemthing. I've never felt more safe in a place than I do at DAvidson and nothign can describe the pride we feel for our school and anything and everythign that comes out of it.
The People - they are friendly, intelligent, and believe in mutual growth at a place of learning instead of petty competition over grades.
The facilities/dorm rooms. Small classes too.
The best thing about my school is the lifelong relationships that I have formed while there because I have never had such strong and meaningful relationships before.
