Delaware County Technical School-Practical Nursing Program is consider a great school for opportunities and advancements. It’s a perfect place to move forward in a career. If your confused and indecisive about which career pathway to choose between technical schooling and a University this might be the best fit for you. It’s a quicker route. There are some disadvantages about the 12- month program because it’s a full time position M-F 8am to 4:15pm, plus Clinical 7am to 2:30pm. There’s no night shifts for those that have a job and a family to raise. The Classes begin every February and September of each year. However, if your willing to sacrifice and take the route it will for sure be rewarding and worth all the hard work. There’s always a way to make it happen. Besides the schedule, just remember other people made it worked and you would not be the first nor the last. I am currently a visiting student looking forward to enrolling this September 2018. There are a couple of requirements and documentation required to be accepted in the program. Overall, I believe going into a Technical School especially this one will help me financially and give me some freedom. It’s a great start into starting something new. You will learn, grow, and attain information on how to become a LPN in a year. You will have your family to support you and a group of professors pushing you to succeed. This program will get your foot on the door. However, if you work diligently you can make a change in your life. Be Blessed.
