My school is best known for its agriculture and animal science majors, but every major they teach is also good from what other students tell me.

It is best known for its Animal Biotechnology and Conservation Department. This department deals with all majors related to the animal sciences. The majors included under this department include zoo science, wildlife management and conservation, and small animal science. It is also well-known for its outstanding ability to prepare students for the job market. At Delaware Valley College, they require all students to complete a minimum of 500 hours of work at an institution related to their major. This provides the student with experience in their field, which is what many employers look for on resumes.

Delaware Valley College is best known for their small classrooms and one on one relationships with the professors. At Delaware Valley College it is nice to have your professors know your names and your not just a number to them. DVC is also known for their amazing, well kept campus. DVC is right in the heart of Doylestown, PA which is nice for students to be able to get away from campus if they need too. Social events are always good at DVC too. The student activities counsel always has dances, karaoke, comedians. In a sorority at Delval is wonderful.
