My school has a small campus, and we get more personal attention as opposed to the big research universities, which allows me to have more job and intern opportunites. I also like that the campus is in a very safe neighborhood which makes me feel safe.
Beautiful natural landscapes with deer; can do a lot of outdoor activities nearby like hiking, sailing, kayaking; small university; near the city
My school is a small private campus nestled in a residential neighborhood of San Rafael. Our class sizes are very small overall. The total attendance at the school is around 2,100 which includes graduate students. Our Freshman class is approximately 250 students which means that we get a lot of personal attention from our teachers and administrators. It also offers a large range of activities and sports opportunities, although because we are so small, we don't have a football team.
It is a small school that is located in the heart of a San Rafael neighborhood that is only a few minutes away from San Francisco. Class sizes are extremely small and each student receives individual attention from both teachers and counselors. Students in the liberal studies-education program can receive their bachelor degree and teaching credential in a matter of four years. Students are also in elementary classrooms starting their freshman year so by their fourth year and student teaching, they are well aquainted with the teaching profession.
its smaller and its in california, all of my other schools were in the east coast
