Dowling is primarily a commuter school, and does not offer too much activity for the weekends. There are trips that students can pay for to go on (and the tickets are very well priced compared to buying tickets online on your own). You can get tickets to the Bronx Zoo or broadway plays or art museums in New York City. Dowling covers the transportation there and back, and for the most part, you can do whatever you want once you get to the destination. Dowling offers workshops in Autism, and also different workshops required for education majors on Sundays. Dowling also provides fingerprinting to anyone who needs it. They are not offered every single Sunday, and once they are taken one time, they are good forever and you do not have to take it again. Workshops can range from $25 to $50 in cost.
