Some of the Dowling college profossers are very strict.
The Physics Professor because he's relying on tenure and not really teaching, especially since the chemistry program as well as natural science and math programs are filled with fantastic teachers who really care about their jobs and will always help above and beyond and I feel like many people drop out of the program because of this one professor and it's sad because they're really great programs.
The only problem I found with the school was the runaround I was given with some of the academic advisors and the staff in financial aid. It seems that some of my transcript information got overlooked and because of this I almost was not able to graduate when I anticipated.
I really dislike this question because I am a person who is really enthusiastic about my school and everything that it has to offer. However, I do know what other complain most about when it comes to Dowling. Many feel that it does not have the best reputation. Those same students feel that this will hinder their future.

The president of the school made it a dry campus the semester I turned 21.
Some teachers are not very good.
