This is the perfect college to start yourself out with if you are not ready to a four year university. From the moment I set my schedule up I could tell that the advisors and professors where there to help the students. They encouraged, motivated, and were even parental figures inside and outside of the school and for that I am truly blessed and glad I attended the school.

East Arkansas Community is in Forrest City Arkansas which is on the outskirts of ghettos, and in the middle of no way. At EACC there is no hot food unless you count what comes from the vending machines that can be heated by a microwave. Students here are non-intellectuals and can be very self centered of their own needs. Professors can be tough and not care about opinions, but the professors in the humanities building are the most willing to work with you.
