The school is great! The professors are often available to provide assistance and bring personality to the classroom with interesting lectures and activities. The palm bay campus doesn't offer quite as many classes as the main campus in Cocoa but many extra classes are provided online.
Well, now it's called Eastern Florida State College. At first I did not want anything to do with the college because I grew up around here and wanted to get away but in 2016 I realize it was one of the best things that happened to me. I decided to stay home for my first two years and I have maintained a 3.5 GPA so far. The professors I have had are all amazing and have ways to help everyone learn in their own way and I am proudly a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society there which has been a lot of fun so far. I look forward to seeing what my final year there is going to hold.
The college, overall, is amazing! Great students, great professors, great campuses. The classes are perfect for me and with me being an overachiever that is hard to find. I enjoy the attitude and atmosphere of the entirety of this college and I wouldn't even consider choosing somewhere else to spend my time furthering my education!
Brevard Community College now Eastern Florida State College is an amazing local college to get an education. You can discover what really motivates you by taking a variety of the classes offered. The guidance offices are always available and able to help you figure out what your next steps should be.

If I could go back and talk to myself as a high school senior, I would want to be more determined. When I entered college I wasn't that determined at first. I would like to go back and be more focused on school and my future career. I would have achieved better grades.
The worst thing about my school is the limiting classes per campus a person can take. In order to finish my degree, I had to go to two different campuses during some semesters.
My classmates are intriguing and intellectual people who cherish the joys of learning.
I think all who have a desire and need for a better life and education should attend . Brevard Community College accepts all who come an is willing to work with them, regardless of age, race, or sex. They help to prepare all to achieve the means and necessities to recieve a higher education.
The type of person who should attend this school is someone who enjoys an easy commute to a local college. Also, someone who is determined to learn and achieve a degree. The college offers a great transfer program to UCF.
My school is exceptional for its prestige.
The best thing about Brevard Community College is ease of being able to apply, register, and meet with an advisor. This allows all to feel welcomed and comfortable, providing a warm atmosphere for those who maybe nervous or unsure of the future.
The most frustrating aspect of Eastern Florida State College is the lack of unification between students, due to zero on-campus housing.
My School is unique because of the value of education that it holds. It also is very unique because the environment is so warming and inviting.
I wish I would have known about the honors program in advance. I found out about the program after taking many possible honors classes as regular classes and I am now struggeling to graduate with honors. Advisors only help with the choice of classes, but I wish to have known about opportunities and programs that I could incorporate with my education to enhance my curriculum.
Excellent teachers, small classes, and beautiful location
I brag about the number of students in each class. My college may not have small classes like a private accelerated school, but it does have smaller classes then a university. I feel that attending a college with less students in each class is very important because as a student you have a better oppurtunity to learn.
Students like to hang out in the lounge and play videogames
This is a good community college, if you want there is a cafe to get food, a lounge to relax after class with friends, and all of the teachers I have had have been very nice.
I haven't heard a stereotype of the students before.
