Not many social activities to get to know the people you are living with.
I don't really find anything all that frustrating. When you go to the school there is plenty of people around to answer questions and when you're online you have plenty of help too. The online classroom is pretty easy to use.

Nobody will go out of their way to help you, but they are willing to help. Find a teacher or another classmate who will be willing to help. The more friends you make, the easier you get information and help. Because if you're not going to help yourself, nobody will.
