I start off by telling myself what i could've done to improve. There i would have to first tell myslef if i really want it, you have to aquire the desire for it. Study more often, however do not implement strain upon my brain. Take the love and support of my parents that gave me most of what is needed. Therefore there is much more for me to learn. I Would remind myself of all my goals and what required for me to complete that. Then ask myself, "did i do everything i planed in high school?", So from there i can that i did. Study In the field of Information Technology, kept above average grades, stayed out of trouble which was no problem. In conclusion i would say i been through obstacles getting to my goals and i didn't stop and that give me the motivation to carry on.

Attending college has been truly life changing for me. I have a renewed sense of who I am and what I want to do with my life. College has opened my eyes to all of the opportunities that are available to me. Going to school is a lot of fun, but it also takes a lot of hard work and time. I know that completing my college degree will allow me to be more sucessful in th career field that I choose. The best choice of my life, by far, is going to college because without it, I feel that I would be going absolutely nowhere.

My core was Organizational Management and my teachers really focused on ensuring that I was definitely prepared for the business world whenever I graduated. I was already in the business world but prior to my education, I couldn't figure out why I could not receive a promotion as others had. As a business professional, I knew my job well, performed above expectations, but did not have that educational background. The subjects taught were needed by me in order to go to a higher level within my organization. I never did go higher but the education obtained has now helped me to manage my son's business and become a certified school teacher.

Do your work first than party and don't get distracted with the enviroment around you.

If i could go back in time and talk to myself as a high school senior, knowing what I know about college life I would tell myself to stay away from drugs and bad influences. Its best to stay focused on graduating at your best. Know that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. There will come many times in your college experience where you will be tested based on how responsible you are as an individual always make moral based and responsible decisions. Get involved in activities around your college. You will be able to find new friends and find new hobbies. Study hard and stay on top of your classwork and homework. College life is only what you make it to be.

Steve

If I could tell myself what I know about college life, I would tell myself preparation is key. I would say time management is vital in your college life, I would say by the end of the first and the beginning of the second nine weeks you should start applying for colleges and universities and visit each schools website and see what they offer and what fields interest you and by march of the next year you should start applying for financial aid. I would also say start applying for scholarships. I would say when you get your acceptance letter from the school you have chosen to attend, take a trip to the school and see how the enviroment around the school and if it fits you. And from a academic point of view I would say this is college not high school what you do now will help or effect you in the future; know what course of study you want to pursure instead of being undecided; and procrastination will affect studies. Finally, on a social point get involved in extrac-curricular activities while balancing your academics. Good Luck!

Brittney

I would have told myself to start off slowly and to take my time and to not rush myself into rushing to graduate, if I would have took my time I could be at the best school right now and graduate right on time.

Bryan

Just to be open to their childs decidsions of a choice of college.

Chacarra

My advice please choose a school right for the student and not always what the parent wants!!!!!!

Clarence

My advice to parents and students that are looking for the right college is to visit these colleges that you have in mind. Don't go by the pictures on their web site. Ask around about that school history and its their crime rate. You must take this as if you are moving into a new house and you are searching for the best house including its surroundings, parents. Students, you only live once so have fun but make sure you take college forreal because what u put in is what you get out. Far as if you put poor studing skills together and don't pass. Then you will not accessed as far in life as you wanted to. So I'm not saying don't enjoy yourself but understand your main goal. To Graduate!!!!!!!!
