My classmates are mostly uninterested about the campus, but there are always exceptions.
My classmates seem very nice and eager to learn.
My classmates seem to be in college for the status of saying that they went to college. They seem to have the same mentality as they did in High School. It seems like all they want to do is skate by with a passing grade and shudder at the thought of studying for tests or research papers. Some students come to school in pajamas and are late to class which is disrespectful to the teaching staff and their fellow students.
My current classmates range from ages 18 to 45. I appear to be the second oldest in my class coming behind a much older gentleman. My classmates appear to be very prepared, well some of them, and ready to learn. Others look at our class as just another requirement and don't look too interested in learning much of anything.
Very goal-oriented, ambitious, unique people.
The majority of students that attend Elgin Community College are multicultural, intelligent, responsible, and diverse.
