Those who are not kind and hardowrking should not attend Elmira. Students must be willing to prepare themsleves for real world work ethics. Elmira College invites students who are willing to volunteer, intern, work, study, and preform research. The best students in Elmira are not only able to balance the demands of the acedemic aspects of school, but they are also social and friendly. An potential Elmira student must be able to complete their requirements while keeping a positive environment on campus.
My school is focused on school spirit, and hard work. The freshman writing program is very intensive, and there is a required theater program focused on culturally diverse and classical performances. It is a very small school, and while there are parties, there are none like in a university setting. We don't have fraternities or sororities. Students looking for a party atomosphere will not find it. Hardworking, friendly, and students interested in the world should definitely apply.
I would not recommend this school to anyone who is looking for large school. If you are the type of person who just wants to float by and do as little work as possible I would suggest applying to another school. Elmira COllege would not be the best choice for you.
Someone who doesn't want to work hard to get what they want should not attend this school. Really, that is good advice for any school. If you aren't willing to put the effort in, you aren't going to succeed.
Anyone who is afraid to make the most out of their College experiences, anyone who dislikes the color purple (It's everywhere, trust me), and anyone who is not prepared to work hard for their happiness.
Those who are completely unwilling to do school work should not attend this college. Students pay way too much to go here to completely not do their work.
Anyone who loves cities, partying, extracurricular activities, nice faculty, research, academics, NON-FAT chicks, and good food.
Someone that wants Greek life or a large school.
