The cost for training is very high.
The most frustrating thing is the cost. I know it was my best choice for school and I am enjoying my time here, but I fear the amount of loans I am going to have upon graduation.
The payments for tuition, housing, and meal plans. They are very high and almost impossible to manage. Courses are difficult depending on degree. But I'd have to say the most frustrating thing I've found is trying to finance this school when I'm on my first year.
The most frustrating thing about this school is definitely the price. It is very expensive to attend. However, with that being said, this school has a great reputation. I know that after I graduate and in the end, I will benefit from getting a degree at this school, no matter the price I paid.
I have know idea yet, hopefully nothing! I'm a transfer student from Broward College and will be starting at Embry -Riddle in January 2012.
The costs. Everything about the school is great. It is worth every penny, it just costs a lot of said pennies.
tuition cost too much too many loans
It is very expensive.
People complain about EVERYTHING. Students here are never satisfied.
Trying to pay for the school can become so time consuming and worrisome that you lose focus of your studies.
The adjustment into college and not knowing what to expect.
The most frustrating thing at my school is nothing!!! ERAU is a hands-on, student based school. It is unlike any other college I investigated. The professors all have worked in the aeronautical field. They are not required to do any research but they are always working with us on different projects, such as, building a hybrid car for GM.
The administration is terrible at giving the run around. There is not enough parking on campus and we are constantly ticketed for parking in staff lots that aren't in use. Teachers tend to not be very helpful in making excpections for missing school for extra curriculars.
Typically busy work-load. Some dorm rooms are quite a walk from classes which tend to make the day longer and more tedious than it actually is.
The most frustrating thing about Embry-Riddle is the "Riddle Run Around" when a student tries to find out something about classes or trying to deal with an issue through the school and get sent from point A to point B to point C and then back to A, all while never acquiring what they seek.
The most frustrating thing is finding parking in the morning after the morning classes have started.
Since our school is so heavily focused on aviation, there is not a long list of majors outside that realm. So if a student decides he/she no longer wants to be an aerospace engineer, they may need to switch schools. This school is also so expensive, students need to be sure this is what they want to do.
The most frustrating thing about this school is the gender ratio. Due to this, your chance at a fun social life go down dramatically.
Campus faculty does not really care about the students.
