In my freshman year, the school had organized a private airshow for homecoming. This is actually somewhat of a tradition at ERAU. The military flew a bunch of different military aircraft in for the show, including some of the most advanced fighter jets in the military. Students were able to go up and take pictures and ask the pilots questions. It is not altogether uncommon to be walking to class and look up and see military fighter jets flying overhead at 1000' every couple of months at ERAU.
