What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Lester

I have no complaints about the school. I'm frustrated with what I did with my time there when my education was free. I was on a full scholarship and my last two years there were not great becuase I started missing classes regularly. Prior to that, I had a 3.5 gpa. It is 14 years later and I will be attending online to complete my degree.

Christopher

I had one bad experience that hurt me during Spring enrollment. The Enrollment office did not have my transcripts from my last two schools. I was not informed of this until the night before enrollment began. Remedying the paperwork situation took a week, and by the time I was able to enroll, several important classes were full. This semester I am taking two elective classes that I do not need for my major; I have already fulfilled such elective requirements for my degree. It seems like a waste of money.

The most frustrating thing about ESU comes from having smaller class sizes. Because of the size, most test are not standardized, this makes them harder. However, ultimately, it will probably contribute to more effective learning.

The most frustrating thing about Emporia State is that the faculty isnt very involved outside of the classroom and most of the funding only goes to the Education Degrees.

The most frustrating thing is that the cafeteria is open at strange hours. It is only open from 7am-7pm during the week and on the weekends it is open from 11:30am-1:00pm and 4:30pm-6:00pm. It is hard to make sure I am able to get to the cafeteria so that I do not have to spend money on food.

Jonavin

The quiet hours starting at 10pm everyday its so hard to be quiet that early on a weekend.

Elizabeth

The most frustrating thing about my school is trying to get involved. Don't get me wrong, there is plenty to do here. I just do not know how to get involved. After the school year starts, you do not hear much about joining organizations and if you do, you do not know where to go to get started.

The most fustrating thing about my school is the weekend. Things are really active during the week, but Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are usually dead. A few people go out at night, but the campus resembles a ghost town during that time. It can be very depressing at times.
