I would tell myself to think very long and hard about what I wanted to do, not for anyone else, but for myself, and not what others have suggested as what they think I should do or what I'd be good at, but what I really want to do. I'd tell myself to make a list of the things that I'm interested in. Then make a list of pro's and con's on each in terms of cost, demand, salary, personal interest and ultimate goals. Then research schools. I'd reccomend that I do good research on several schools that have my intended major and not settle with the first one that sounds good. Then I'd tell myself that you are not tied to just one thing. If you go in a direction that you aren't happy with, it's ok to switch, several times even. Ultimately I'd tell myself to try to find something that makes me happy, that can help support my family and that will give back to the community.
I appreciate the teachers love of the subject and I love all the hands-on work, as that is my best learning style. Both are very cohesive to my learning the art of massage. The school makes sure you have more than enough credit hours to graduate and take the state boards, and the entire staff are bent on our succuess. It's fun, and interesting and I am so glad that I finally chose to pursue my dream.
They are a mixed bunch of people from all different backgrounds, who are drawn together by a desire to learn a very rewarding and flexible career.
As far as I see Charter college, is an average school, they have some loops and most of all standard way of teaching but far most they very good. I really want to graduate in this instution.
