You must participate in order to get good grades. Talk to your professors if you are having a problem, most of them are very understanding. Complete all work as thy sylabus says, make sure you follow it and you should do well.
Some of the suggestions that I could offer would be to come prepared for classes. Do not assume the work load is easy and make sure you have gotten a good night's rest to be prepared to be fully engaged within the class. Have enough notebook paper; make sure you went over your syllabus for each class, besides knowing where to go to reference your school resources available to you. Do not delay your work and always make sure your assignments are in on time. College is not like a job that if you do not feel like working you just take off. College is very different you must be on top of all your classes and be prepared to perform at any given time. Our entire educational system is changing and it is extremely competitive and cutting edge to meet the demands of our careers.
Make sure to have all applications and any financial aid paperwork in on time so you get the aid you need.
Hard work is definitely required. More study time is required since the courses are all online. There is no classroom for lectures. All the notes taken by you are a result of reading, studying and gaining understanding of the material.

There is a few things to keep in mind before you start at any college; Take your time, relax, and Dont worry so much- you have a whole team of supporters. Dont take on more stress thats not needed.
When I started here at Everest, I was a mess. I wanted to make sure all my classes were taken care of that night. Big Mistake! After a week into it, I realized that I had no reason to be overwhemled. I had pently of time to do all my work, I had a whole team of supporters. I put myself under alot of stress for no reason.
After the first week of college (here at Everest, or any college) you will see that the stress you put on yourself was unecessary! And you will then be able to relax. The first week, is the hardest, all because you are unsure of how to get things done. But you never have to worry about things here at Everest University-Online.
