Someone Who can't or won' do the work or study
The kind of person who plans on doing alot of going out. Flagler is a very small, liberal arts school with very strict regulations on alcohol and drugs on campus. There are only gender specific dorm rooms, and there is no inter visitation allowed between the genders. Rules are strict and this school is not for someone who is very interested in that type of college atmosphere.
One that is looking for an easy school or a big party school
If you prefer a party school with impersonal dorms and buildings, huge campuses, and machine-like operations, do not choose Flagler; my college offers personality, charm, and beauty unique to Spanish architecture and an island lifestyle.
People that want to major in a field of science should not attned Flagler, because it is a liberal arts school and sciences aren't offered. Also people that like big schools shouldn't attend Flagler because this school is very small and while I see that as a plus, some others don't.
The kind of person that shouldn't attend Flagler College is the student who doesn't like to be involved in group work or study sessions outside of the classroom. The majority of assignments given are assignments that require group work and projects that require many late nights in the library and computer lab.
Someone who wants to party and go to a ton of sporting events. Also one who is looking to skip all of their classes as the professors keep track of attendance.
one that wants school spirit, football games, and parties
A student who wants to do well, build strong friendships, small classes, probably going to know everyone, live in Florida, willing to work for their grades, not a sport focused school, and willing to be social
Slackers and people who drink a lot should not attend Flagler.
Overall, I think that everyone should attend school. It is an important time in your life to find yourself and to set the foundation for what the rest of your life will be. I think that going to school allows more career oppurtunities and will ultimately lead to future success in all aspects of your life.I feel that everyone should attend school to make our country a stronger country. The only person I think should not attend school are those that will take their education for granted and prevent someone who really wants to go to school from going.
If you don't like small schools, stay away! There are no fraternities or sororities. Also, don't come here if you're looking to major in anything in math or sciences. No med school, nursing programs, etc.
A person who does not like small schools and who rather the city life should not attend this school. Also, a person who likes to party and/or drink should not attend this school because of the strict no alcohol tolerance.
someone that wants a lot of things to do around. there isn't much of a social life here you have to make it for yourself. if you don't know what you want to be this probobly isn't the best school. the majors are intense.
Extremely liberal minded, those unwilling to follow strict rules, those who want to party and not focus on school work, those who want a large school
A Franternity oriented male or female with a closed mind. Someone who must have social events planned out for them. Flagler is for people who enjoy a diverse small town with lots to do. Having said that, in St. Augustine, you have to make your own fun. There aren't frats throwing parties all the time. If you want real discussions, Flagler is perfect. Lecture classes are rare and if you don't speak up in class, your wasting your time.
people who like huge parties and big campuses should not attend this school. Also, there are no fraternities or sororities, so those looking for that should not come to Flagler.
The typical person who goes to Flagler is a sufer or an artistic person. Very into art and indie rock music, and has daddy paying for everything.
