I like to tell people how accessible my professors were. FAMU is smaller school, and the faculty, staff, and students tend to form close bonds. I once called my professor on a Sunday to discuss a paper I was having trouble finishing.

Any time talk about FAMU I will tell anyone loud and proudly that I wouldn't change the education that I got from that institution. I feel that I was prepared for real life situations. We weren't always givien the best scenario to problem solve but that enhanced our critical thinking skills while enabling us to put plans into action immediately and not just on paper.

My school is the largest historically black university in the United States by enrollment. Florida A&M University was also named one of Forbes Magazine's America's top colleges in the nation. Famu was also recognized on the Forbes list for best research colleges.

What I tell most of my friends about my school is that they are family oriented. The school treat you like you have been there since the beginning. They dont refer you as a freshman and they are also ready to lend a helping hand whenever you need it. The school is very big but someone would always help you find your way around. It is a very secure and safe campus to reside at.

That they haveon casmpus parties and a very lively school and have one of the best pharmacy programs around.

Our school spirit, and the cultural environment of African Americans. The love of our professors, the fun that we have like a big happy family, and the great opportunities that are available.

There are so many great aspects about Florida A & M University but when boasting to my friends about the school, I only speak of a couple of them. We have the been recognized for having the best band in the whole nation by many critics. Also we have one of the top pharmacy schools in the nation. Our business school is internationally known and has receieved many accolades. Florida A & M University is the school to be at for fun, great education and a great college experience.

When i tell my friends about my school i brag most about our school's swaggar. Our school-spirit is amongst the most exciting in the country. There is so much going on around campus that students can get involved in. There is nothing that our school doesn't have to make the college experience that much more exciting. The School of Business/Industry is the top school at the university, it brings in nation-wide companies to recruit our very own students to their companies.

I brag about our band, the Marching 100. One of the most famous bands in the world and the pride and joy of FAMU. I brag about our Pharamacy school, one of the best in the country. I brag about the fact that I attend a school that does nothing but encourage me to continuously raise the bar and strive for something greater. I brag about Maya Angelou, Savion Glover - just two of the many names of inspirational Black people FAMU loves to surround us with. I brag about attending a school focused on putting old stereotypes to bed.

The professors care so much about the students and they truly want to see you excell. You can see it on their faces when they're disappointed in your performance and it makes you want to do better.

What I brag about Florida A&M is being surrounded by African-American because it reminds me of living in Japan. In Japan everyone was culturally alike but very different. At school I am surrounded by people like me but there are so many different personalities.

The diversity

I tell my friends about the different expericeces and how welcoming the students and staff are. Florida A&M University also has a wonderful Buniess Program which trains students to be goblal leaders.

When I talk about my school, I brag about how great it was my first year. How my experience being away from home was magnificent. Meeting new people from different areas was great. I also brag about how it's in Florida and we don't have to worry about the snow in the winter.

When speaking to my friends from back at home I brag mostly about Florida A&M's Marching 100, My amazing teachers and the many activities we are allowed to participate in as students. Florida A&M's marching 100 is one of the best bands I have ever heard, it's what attracted me to Florida A&M. My teachers at Florida A&M has helped me get through these years, they support my dream and give me great advice. The activities on campus are worth wild, we have had so many great leaders visit our campus.

How well the school focus on educating the students. All professors make sure you are participating. You will never sit in a class and fly by, the only way to pass is to study and get good grades.

that the classes are usually very small and it is very easy to contact your professor.

I brag mostly about our band, the "Marching 100". We are the best band in the countrey, nothing can compare to us.

The academic opportunities available to the students in specific areas including pharmacy, biology, business, and music. I also brag about the exposure our students receive versus other minority students.

The members of the university are very close, its somewhat like a second home. I've never felt uncomfortable or out of place on campus and the professors prepare you for your career as well as life.

Students, faculty and alumni all have so much pride in Florida A&M University! Not only is there so much school spirit, but the teachers want you to succeed. You're not just a number at FAMU. Most teachers know you by name and go out of their way to be there for you. I have learned so much about myself and my ethnicity and I would HIGHLY recommend attending! It's a wonderful experience !

Well I brag about our marching band and our football team which is (8-3). I also brag about the great town of Tallahassee and all the fun it has to offer.

I brag mostly about how I am able to meet people from all acrosss the world from my HBCU and how diverse as a student body that we are and how we all learn from eachother.

I brag about the FAMU student enviroment and how involved the students are. I also talk about our incomparable band, the Marching 100. The overall experience is an invaluable one.

I brag about my school's ability to inspire African-American's to achieve things that they never thought possible. I tell my friends or anyone who would listen that had I not gone to Florida A&M University, I wouldn't be in the position that I am in now. The faculty there just nurtures promising students and encourages us to reach beyond the norm. I am forever grateful for that and I take great pride in knowing that I am alumni of such a wonderful institution.

When I brag to my friends, who unfortunately didn't become Rattlers. I tell them of the great people you have a chance to meet, the many opportunities that help you become a better student and preparedness for your career. You can experience an atmosphere where everyone is determined to do their best in everything across the board from academics to sports. Lastly, being able to say you are a Rattler is more than school pride, your blood literally runs Orange and Green!

School spirit, the job placement because of how many career fairs there are and activities to get involved and meet more people.

FAMU is a very vibrant University that graduates the largest number of African Americans in the United States. It has a vast number of extracurricular activities to fit your fancy and great instructors to help you succeed academically. FAMU today, FAMU tomorrow, FAMU forever!
