The best thing about Florida International University is the professors. Ever since I started FIU as a transfer student, I have had incredible professors who are extremely knowledgeable in their field, and care about their students. My professors have always made themselves accessible to the class, and have always been fair and continuously prove that they want their students to succeed. I have truly learned so much from being in my classes. I owe a lot to the professors I have had for where I am today.

I am very proud to say that my school never stops searching for innovation. I am nearing the end of my time at this institution, and no matter the time of year, I am witnessing something new on campus. New ideas, new results, new successes. These innovations do not even have to impact me directly, and because of that, I am able to grasp my own concept of how to advance in my career and my community service. Florida International University inspires all individually, which in the end, improves the world as a whole.

Definitely, Florida International University is considered one of the best universities in the state of Florida. Professors and staff are erudites in their positions. Also, they welcome prospective students and offer several orientation sessions to help them get acquainted with the university.

As a student in an urban city, you can feel overwhelmed at times, but FIU makes you feel at home- you feel like you belong. The minute at enter the campus, whether I've been away for days or weeks, I automatically feel welcomed. I was never the type of person to have much school pride, but at FIU I am proud to be a Panther.

The best thing about FIU is how modern and progressive the school is. You are constantly surrounded by new ideas to help the community and around the globe . With organic markets every wednesdays and random social awareness movements, your always aware of the world around you.

The environment. Everything about FIU keeps me motivated to strive for more. I go to school everyday with hope in my heart, that one day I'll be walking out with a diploma and a smile on my parent's face. Not only that, but the rest of my colleagues, even the ones I don't know also have that feeling and motivation for a better future. By being part of this beautiful community I feel like I'm on top of the world, even if I'm only an ant.

The best thing about FIU is all the art that surrounds us. The campus has the Robert Frost Museum, the Green Library has various exhibitions that change every so often, and there are sculptures all around the school. Being surrounded by all the art all the time makes the campus very peaceful and intriguing.

It's very diverse, both in people and academic programs. There's a very good chance that you'll find whatever interests you here. It's so big that you'll meet new people every day from all sorts of different backgrounds.

The best thing about my school is definitely the atmosphere. The people at FIU are incredibly accepting and there is such a free feeling. The best thing about our school is our diversity. We have so many students and professors from different cultures and different countries it allows us to diversify our perspective of the world and the things were learning.

The best thing abouT Florida international university is its cultural diversity, you will never feel out of place. The professors are learned and concerned with the well being of the student. They are also willing to guide students in accomplishing there academic goal in the shortest possible time. There are great oppertunities for research and internships at the undergraduate level and student paid assistanceship at the graduate level.

The services are always quick and efficient. For example the most I have waited for my academic advisor is probably 10 mins and they are very helpful. This is for most of the school's resources.

The best thing about my school was overall experience. Being in the presence of ambitious students and faculty influences you to be ambitious yourself. Also, the professors in my department were the most helpful I have encountered; when doing the general courses, I found the professors to be a little distant, not so eager to share their knowledge. I feel I have developed long lasting relationships with my peers and professors and I am very thankful FIU was able to provide this experience for me.

It is the most diverse I have ever been to, down to the teachers. All ethnic and racial backgrounds exist harmoniously without conflict. This school is really big on creating a family, uniting students for a common purpose.

It broadens my horizons. There is always an activity for anyone at FIU and if there isn't, it is easy to start one. The diversity also, makes students curious about other cultures. FIU is like a mini-Miami and Miami has a lot to offer to the world, in terms of every disciplinet here is available at Florida International University.

The best thing about my school is the fact that it is an international school. I meet people from various part of the world every time I am on campus. Because my school is very divers, I learn about many different cultures. For example, I attended and event on Islamic people which really changed the way I thought about their culture.

I think the best thing about Florida International University is its ability to enhance the quality of learning for all of its students. The professors and staff are friendly and resourceful, they accomidate any needs and wants you may have. They assure the best possible quality of learning given the circumstances. The classes are smaller so learning is more involved with all the students.

The best thing about FIU is the size of the school, the Professors all have Ph. Ds in their fields, there a lots of ways to be involved in the community. One of the things that I really like is the Organic Farm that they have here and everyday on Wednesdays people can purchase vegetables and fruits from the Organic Garden. There is internet access for everyone, and the Green Library is really helpful to study and work on projects and essays. The Professors all have Online websites or extra help they provide so that students can suceed.

The best thing about my university is the size and the ability to offer a diverse number of courses in a large number of majors. I enjoy the fact that if one class time interferes with another I may choose a different one to fit my schedule. The large size of my university also allows me to network with many other students in many different majors.

The best thing about Florida International University was that everything was built within a confined space. It would take no longer than 15 or 20 minutes to walk completely accross campus and all the class rooms are centralized as well.

The best thing about my school is that it is close to home and that it is affordable. I will leave with a doctorates degree and have spend only approximately $90,000. If i would have attended NOVA or University of Miami I would have spend between $100,000 to $120,000 for the same degree.
