I liked how friendly the students were in giving directions to people when they needed assistance finding a class. I also liked how friendly and open minded people were. I would walk around and smile at people as I walked and they would smile back and say hello. I could not have asked for a better school to attend. I transfered to a large university after attending a local community college in my hometown. At first I was intimidated by the large university but I had excellent friends and roommates to help me adjust to the larger community.

The best thing about my school has to be the campus because it is just so beautiful when you are walking to class. All the trees and brick buildings just make it feel like I attend a real college that I used to dream about when I was little. I could not picture myself anywhere else.

Everything. There is something for everyone.

The football games and the technology on campus

I think the best thing about FSU is that there is always something to do and someone who shares your interests. Orientation provides a great opportunity to meet new people, and from there on out there are an abundance of options (sports, clubs, classes, gym) that put you in a great position to meet new people.

The closeness of everything. The spirit of everyone on campus. The activitives available are diverse and enjoable. The professors are great too.

Involvement. Everyone here is socially and academically involved. Whether you are into watching and/or playing sports, fraternities, study groups, etc.; students are involved. It helps to meet new friends and enjoy all that Florida State University has to offer; both in and out of the classroom. I believe the students work really hard at thier academics, but also like to play hard in what free time they have.

How intelligent the professors are.

The campus' beauty and likeness to an oasis in the middle of chaos is the best thing about my school.

The best thing about my school is the school spirit and sense of community that occurs not only at Florida State but in the town of Tallahassee as well. Everyone really comes together whether its game day or Relay for Life and I think that that is such a wonderful thing.
