Letter to my past self: Well by now you are probably getting ready for graduation, tieing up loose ends and getting ready for your final tests. And by not you are probably not taking an interest in secondary education oppurnities. My advice is to do your research. Do as much research as you can on any kind of secondary educaton oppurnity. It's important because you won't know it until a few months but it's a dog eat dog world out there and it is tough as nails to even get a part-time job. I'd hate for you to go through what i went through. Assuming you did do your research on secondary education oppurnities i suggest you do research into what field you want to study. It's very important and it could take up alot of unessesary time. Now that you decided what you want to study, try to get as much scholarships as possible. It's important because you don't have a job to pay for school so you may want to take advantage of that. Hopefully you follow my advice and work hard to take advantage of oppurnities unlike i did.
