I consider the class size and the attention given by the professors as the best thing about my school. I went to a small high school, so when I was choosing a college, I wanted a college with classes that are small overall. Also, by having small classes, the students are able to get one-on-one attention by the professor. This attention by the professors is good for sudents like myself that sometimes needs a little extra help outside of class. Also, professors at my college give out thier personal cell phone numbers for students to contact them.

Franlin College has a well-known journalism program and the professors in that area have experience in the field they bring to the classroom. Seeing as I am a Journalism major, that kind of information was a strong pull to the school.

The best characteristic of my college is the willingness of the teachers to go above and beyond in their efforts to help students understand course content. I struggle in math and the math teachers will not accept poor or failing work. They simply require that I come and meet with them or they set me up for tutoring. At first, I was embarrassed, but the teachers soon made me understand that I was learning. I am very grateful for this "no failure accepted" attitude.

The best thing about my school, for me, is the size of the campus. There are only a little over a 1,000 students. Because of this, I am able to get more help from my teachers and have more individual help. I couldn't handle being at a large university where there are hundreds of students. I need the individual attention for help. It's more personal.

Small tightknit community with kind, caring people. Class size is ideal for interaction with professors. All classes are taught by qualified professors, there are no TA's. Social life is excellent for a small, liberal arts school. Franklin provides a well-rounded education that helps prepare you for the rest of your life.

Since campus is so small, it feels like high school, but minus the extreme drama.

I loved the teacher and student relationship. Very helpful on projects that need to be done especially when working on projects with computers and graphic design.

I would consider the friendly, small school environment to be the best thing abot my school, because it allows the students to know their professors on a personal basis, making them more accountable for the classwork.

I was given many opportunities to be a leader on campus and in the community. These opportunities molded me into the person I am today, and I am extremely grateful for these opportunities that Franklin College gave me.

I like the one-on-one attention I recieve from my professors. This gives me the best possible chance to understand the material and succeed.
