What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year at Fresno Pacific University?

I wish I had known what I want to major in because they do not offer a lot of majors that trigger my interest.

I wish I had known how small the university community is. It is somewhat a shock when you first experience how small and tight-knit the community is. You can never go too far without running into a friend or finding a teacher. Everyone on campus, teachers and students alike are all looking for a learning experience. Together you and your peers build long lasting relationships. I was especially shocked at how quickly you grow close to these new friends. That is what I wish I had known before I attended FPU.

I wish I knew more about how religious this college actually is compared to a public university. Being a private, christan university, they institute a lot of courses you have to take, that i personally don't feel benefit my major or what i want to do with my life. However, after freshman year, you get a lot more choices on the courses you need to take and what you want to do with your life.
