the teaching, an education is ok, but it's more of the who make my school experience less than average. The class is a long course of professional culinary, lasting 15 months, has dwindled into a small amount of students, that do most work, and those who are just there. The chef is astounding and a real hands on person,I've learned really quick how to memorize and perform recipes. George Stone technical college, a trade school that teaches a small amount of courses but mainly teach you about business. The Professional Culinary course has always been my favorite course, I've been enrolled into the school for nearly 10 months, and have had such a chance to work on a cruise. The staff have tried so hard to get me that job, but with cooking you always need experience not with where you work, but a place where you need to get your experience from. Mostly George Stone had rough start in the culinary class many joined, but ultimately leave after they get there check is what me and a veery small and remaining few have speculated. But overall George Stone is a great college to figure out where you wanna tart, and find what career you want to pursue.
