Someone that wants the hustle and bustle of the college experiences. Where its a small school i feel like there is nothing really going on..
I think that everyone should have the opportunity to attend any school and feel accepted for who they are, what they believe, and what they want to do. You must remember it is a Christian school, so if someone hates religion and philosophy you probably will not like the atmosphere.
If a future student is only looking to attend college as a source to get away from mom and dad and to party, Georgetown College is not the college for him/her. Georgetown College is preparing students for the future--careers and further education. Emphasis is placed highly on academic achievement and developing the whole person to be a productive and qualified individual in all areas of the work and volunteer force.
A person who isn't serious about learning and excelling in their major area should not attend this school. Also, a person who doesn't want to spend a whole lot of money on school and who is not open-minded to race/ethnicity and/or religion.
Someone who is looking to party instead of learn should not attend this school because they will not be successful in the classes.
someone who wants to view college as a big party
Someone who doesn't want to be involved at all.
