Sporting events are, once again, pretty popular. Tickets are sold in front of the Sports Arena. We have a football team now so it is even more exciting. The most popular sports teams on campus are the basketball and football teams. The panther Tailgate is the most popular tradition at my school. People do parades; there are cheerleaders and trumpets. We do it before the games to promote sports spirits. We play badminton, martial arts, tennis, racquetball, weight-lifting, rock climbing, "touch the earth" programs where we hike, ..., and many many more. Our gym is awesome. We have a pretty OK indoor pool with outdoor tanning area and personalized plans for individuals for different types of health. They teach yoga, martial arts,... too.
We just got a football team at GSU last year! Many students enjoy going to the Georgia Dome to watch the football game. We also have a basketball team, volleyball team, baseball team, tennis team, and more.
Our school just got a football team last year so we're fairly new. The other big sport would be basketball. There's lots of teams/clubs if you're looking for a sport to do
Many students attend sports events on campus, but since we were founded as a commuter school, not many students regularly attend games. Are football team is new and is working out the kinks. However, our volleyball teams and basketball teams have more successful records.
