What's your overall opinion of Glendale Career College?

Kristina

My overall opinion for Glendale Career college is average. The teaching level for an Vocational Nurse is good compare to other schools, based from research, surveys and by word of mouth. The College is good when it comes to providing information and updates about current situations, and is able to get students to be involved in good facilities for clinicals. However, the staff is poor. Communication is not as easy when it comes to problems being addressed. Based from my experience, there were a couple of things that my class has voiced out, but the school wouldn't do anything about it or not do anything about it right away. So, Overall, the school is ok, but I wouldn't recommend it.

  3. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

If I could go back in time and talk to myself as a high school senior with what I know now about college life and making the transition, I would first tell myself to strive to do my best in all my classes because it would pay off in the end. I would also tell myself to just enjoy my last months of high school because I wouldn't want to look back and have any regrets. Finally, I would also have to say to always be a good role model for my younger brother, someone he can look up to. Some final advice I would give myself is to make the right decisions and to always do my best to make my parents and family proud.
