It provides an easy and accesable way to get an education. I enrolled right before the start of the semester and was able to get the classes that I needed. It's a nice campus that offers the tools and way for people to be sucessful.
The best thing about my school is the huge variety of classes they offer! You always find something that interests you!
My school is diverse in areas of study. Varying in Interpreting,Nursing,Cosmetology, etc. I like that you are not stuck with just typical liberal arts classes.
The best thing about my school is that there are so many people willing to help you achieve your goals. In high school, many of my teachers said that you are on your own in college. I specifically remember one teacher who said, "No one's going to hold your hand in college." However, the counselors at Golden West College have been more than eager to help me and other students map out their courses. The professors have also been very helpful in providing career advice, internship opportunites, and homework help.
