The worst thing about my school would have to be the financial aid department. My councelor never seems to be available. I would have graduated if i had assistance managing my aid correctly.
The worst thing I consider about my school is nothing. Grambling is by-far the best college in my opinion.
The worst thing about Grambling State is the lack of insufficient funds. I feel if Grambling had more money, they would be able to offer more courses, activities, and support for it's students and staff. With the recent budget cuts, Grambling has had to cut back on many academic courses, athletic teams, and social events. Student tutuion is on the rise as well do to the lack of funds. Student are needing more financial aid to cover the rising cost. Social events that used to be free on campus now have a ticket fee.
The worst experience that some students have is registering. Most students have to wait in long lines before they are helped and often have the run-around. Unfortunatly, if you register early and make sure you have everything mailed in, you will have a wonderful experience. It will mostly likely only take you about 20-30 minutes if not less.
I have no complaints about my school, I expected worse but recieved much more greatness than expected.
The worst thing about my school is the unorganized ways amongst the departments especially the finacial aid student affairs.
I consider the worst thing about Grambling State University the lack of workstudy programs and financial aid for lower income students. There was alot of confusion during the 2009-2010 school year about raising the out of state fees and adding late fees to students accounts when they were registered on time. Also the presidents of the school have usually taken money or built frivoulous items that the students dont need, but we eventually have to pay for them in tuition fees.
I have attended this school for the past 2 years and the only problem is a lack of school provided transportation.
the wrost thing about the school that there is not a lot of financal awards available to everyone
I feel the attitudeof some of the administration could be a bit more cordial.
Thw worst thing about my school, is the weekends sometimes because the school is in the country many students are not use to the slow life surrounding the school. Thats really isn't the worst thing thats just something i could think of that does bother people at times. Also the Scholarship amounts are not as much as i thingk they should be; however, they are supplemental amount.
The worst thing about this university is the lack of post-graduate help. The school has minimum assistance with job placement for new graduates.
The worst thing about the school is the lack of upper administration involvement with the students.
The worst thing about my school is that it's in the middle of no where. There are no stores or anything in hte city. And the nearest city is at least 50 miles away. So if you don't have a car or know someone with a car then you're stuck on campus.
