Hamline University Top Questions

Someone who is close minded should not attend this school. All students and faculty are very open here about topics like sex, politics, and gender and race issues. If you cannot open your mind and hear others opinoins, this is not the place for you.

A person who is not ready to be in a diverse environment shouldn't attend Hamline University. Here, the environment is very welcoming, I can almost say it actually feels like home. Everybody is seen as an important and active part of the cummunity.

I don't think a person who is not serious about school should attend.

People interested in the maths and sciences, engineering, or businness.

Anyone should be allowed to attent college and Hamline should be able to accept anyone.

The kind of person who shouldn't attend this school has the following traits predominant in their personality: overly-shy, lazy, uninterested, undetermined, unfocused, etc.

People who ONLY want to party will struggle academically here; there are parties but mostly only on weekends. Academics are generally a top priority for a significant portion of the undergraduate student body.
