The best thing at Howard University are the students and the great experience you get you learn. You fall in love with this school the moment you get from the interactions and the city. There so much to do in DC from the food to the people, its a live cultural experience, to the different sreas around town. You can learn so much here, i love this university and the city. Look, the white house is in my schools backyard! Everything that happens in America happens here, all the movers and shakers are here!!! Best place you could be.

The social lie and independence at Howard are great. You are given the opportunity to truly be an adult and learn real-life skills, such as resilience/determination, that will accomodate you beyond college in "the real world".

The best thing abou the school is that it is a very lively environment. The campus offers many activities for students to get involved in. The campus has a very large student body, and everyone loves to interact and communicate with eachother on the yard or other social places.

This school has prepared me from the first step on campus to be outgoing and network with everyone. It is the most competitive place to be, and there is a lot of support to succeed from fellow students, faculty, and alumni. Howard gives you the opportunity to try different things and become the best at them. The school offers many opportunities to get internships in the field you are going into.

Its in the city. That is what I always wanted. I meet amazing and driven people. I've established meaningful relationships, and school pride is very high.

The best thing about my school is it is a big networking place. There are many people who come by Howard in order to recuit and offer a internships and things that would be important in starting a career.

Everyone is very comfortable around each other, we all share a common ond. It is also very easy to talk to professors and to get help finding internships.

We are very much concerned with perserving the historical part of our school which includes the scholars that have passed through here, and the feeling that one must be great to exemplify those who fought to get what we have now at an HBCU.

The best aspects of Howard University are the social scene (homecoming, clubs & activities, etc.), the connections, the cirriculum, and the broad mix of styles & fashion, cultures, opinions. Everyone is different!

The social aspect. Students come from around the world to attend this university, so you have friends from everywhere. There's always something to do on campus, no matter what day of the week it is. It also provides a place for African-Americans to be educated from a perspective that is different than the typical "Eurocentric" perspective.

The things I consider best about my school are the opportunities available for students to network with each other and people who are in the work field that have experience with what students are interested in. Also, I Iike that at Howard, no one is like the next person. Everyone dresses in their own unique style and carries themselves differently. Another thing I like about Howard is that schools within the university try to provide students with opportunities for internships and hands on experience within their major. Adapting to the Howard lifestyle is also easy to do.

Thats it has alot of black people, and even though we have afew white people, they are always welcomed, They don't feel out of place

The students are the best thing on campus because WE make the university what it is; we are its representatives and we give it its street cred.

THe best thing about my school is defintely the experience. There is nothing out there like the "Howard" experience. Howard really does prepare you for the real world. It teaches you how to stand up for what you believe in and also teaches you to be a little more open-minded to the people around you and thier beliefs.
