The area is very college student friendly. There is a lot to do and a lot of places to go. The gorges are great and there is a great enviornment downtown. The commons are great when they aren't under construction.

In the music school, people actually want to be your friend - not secretly wish you get mono or crack on a note.

I brag about the overall quality of the school. The students are hard working and genuine, the campus is breathtaking, and off campus is home to gorges, waterfalls, and a beautiful little college town. There is always something to do and somewhere to go, whether it be on or off campus. Most importantly, I brag about the quality of adminstration. I am triple minoring, which requires a lot of help from all forms of administration. Each person I've spoken to has gone out of his or her way to help me achieve my goals.

The city of Ithaca itself is truly amazing. You have all the perks of a big city, and in 10 minutes you can be in the complete wilderness with gorgeous views of Cayuga Lake

Rod Serling creator of the original Twilight Zone went to Ithaca College. Ithaca College also has a great gym to help me stay in shape! The classes are small and you are encouraged to get to know your professor very well. Ithaca has everything someone could want in a college including being able to take classes at Cornell University.

I brag about how fun and friendly the campus is. Ithaca always has something going on, whether it is a sporting event or a performance by the well-renown acapella group, Ithacapella. I also brag about the people who attend Ithaca College. Making friends is a simple task at Ithaca because the students are very friendly and out going. I tell everyone about how nice the students and staff are at my college.

Ithaca College has an incredible amount of camaraderie among its students. There are over 100 different programs within 5 different schools but I have friends from every major and I love that sense of diversity within the community. Students are very open to others and it is easy to have many different friends on campus. Although there is competition between students, these friends and classmates are willing to share notes and give help to their friends when they need it. This promotes a positive environemnt and I am learning even when I am not in class.

Ithaca College is located in the center of an extremely sophisticated cultural community. Also, it is surrounded by beautiful waterfalls and gorges, and has the backdrop of the Finger Lakes. This makes Ithaca College one of the best campus' because of the natural beauty that surrounds it.

The scenic lake view that you wake up to every morning. The kind spirited, laid back students. The small class sizes. A college town where brilliance is in the air.

I brag about the open-mindedness of the school when I brag about Ithaca College. I've learned so many things that I hadn't in high school, and it's really broadened my prospective of both people and the world. It's been a pleasure receiving a liberal arts education as I have gained a well-rounded base of knowledge that I can apply to my career.

I talk about my friends, because I absolutely love them.

What I love the most about Ithaca is the accessibility to nature. I get to see the lake every day on the way to class, and whenever I want there are state/national parks within a few minutes driving distance and several trails right by the college. I also have a lot of respect for my professors and honestly feel that they care about my education as well as my personal well-being.

I brag about how beautiful the campus is and how focused everyone is on trying to make the world a better place. I mostly brag about the wonderful friends that I have made here, and all the incredible things that I am learning as an artist. I love sharing my new knowledge with friends and home, and I constantly encourage them to apply here. Since I am in one of the top programs for my major, I am very proud to be an Ithaca student.

The scenic surroundings, small class sizes, and ease of getting the schedule that you desire.

My program of study is one of the best in the nation! I am given real life expierence and treaded like a working professional. The scenery of Ithaca is absolutly gorges. They have some of the best sunsets i have ever seen.

Ithaca is Gorges and the surrounding area is beautiful. I've made a lot of good friends and we always have a good time together. There is always something to do and the school just is me.

The theatre, music, and film schools are amazing. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, even if it's really cold. Rod Serling went to our school, so we have the entire Twilight Zone series in our library. Most of my classes have maybe 12 people in them, and even big lecture classes have less than 100. If I wanted to, I could ask any of my professors out to coffee and they'd say yes. Kerry Butler went to Ithaca.

I mostly brag about IC's environmentalism; it is the first college campus to have an entirely green building, and there is a strong emphasis on sustainability. I also talk a lot about my honors thesis, which was essentially an undergraduate dissertation.

That we have a new, state of the art, business school

The Park School is one of the best communications schools in the world and its alumni list reads like a who's who of the entertainment and media industry. The Park Scholar Award program, the Park Center for Independent Media and all the student media (such as The Ithacan, ICTV16, WICB and Buzzsaw) are all highlights of Ithaca College.

About how much support the school offers for students who have learning disabilities. The office for students with disabilities are always willing to meet with students to determine how to help them to succeed. Individual professors, for the most part, are also extremely willing to meet with students to help them to perform their best.

I brag about our great sports programs that are always competitive and fun to be a spectator at. I brag about how much fun my classes are because they are interactive. I brag about the great campus and how beautiful the surrounding area is. I tell my friends about all the great people I have met. The facitlities and classrooms and lab rooms are awesome too!

We get to ski most of the school year and in the winter my team gets to go to Puerto Rico for winter training.

Ithaca College is located in a fantastically beautiful area of New York. The campus overlooks Cayuga Lake and it is easy to go hiking around the falls. The classes are small and interesting and everyone is very friendly.
